Happiness has also been said to relate to life satisfaction, appreciation of life, moments of pleasure, but overall it has to do with the positive experience of emotions.

In this world, every person wants to be happy and wants to enjoy life without stress but people do not aware of what happiness is actually? And what will make them happy? People set their limits of happiness to some goal and when they did not achieve that goal, they think they are not happy and they cannot be happy. The authors have devised a conceptual model that accounts for these findings. They argue that the happiness-success link exists not only because success makes people happy, but also from the positive effect of engendering success.

Positivity helps you cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It brings optimism into your life and makes it easier to avoid worries and negative thinking. If you adopt it as a way of life, it would bring constructive changes into your life and makes them happier, brighter and more successful.

Your mental game matters, so shift your thinking.

Yeah, I think everyone should try to think positively because it can make you successful and healthy also. Each of us has a baseline for happiness. “If you think you’re not as good as other people, you’re going to be sad; if you are looking for a violation of your rights, you’ll be angry; if you think you will lose standing, you’re embarrassed. We make assumptions in our mind and then we pay a price for them.

“Be happy with what you have”. Money can not make us happy.
