The single most important lesson I’ve learned from the fellowship
I joined Amal academy on 1st July 2019 and this is a life-changing day for me. My journey at Amal is very difficult to be expressed in words. And I really mean it. Like every journey, also have its own ups and downs. Similarly, in the early days of my fellowship, I was very passionate then I started losing interest due to external factors. On some stages, I even thought that I should leave Amal, but I stayed there due to the love and affection of PM and PA. And continuing the fellowship is one of the best decisions I have ever taken. I got so much from Amal, lifelong lessons, great people and an ocean of learning that is a part of me now.
What did I learn from fellowship?
I have learned a lot of things like leadership, the hardworking, purpose of life, networking, positive thinking, team working, problem-solving, kindness, self-learning, etc. during my 3-month fellowship at Amal Academy.
The most important lesson that I have learned is knowing yourself.
Why do you think this is important?
I think it is important because it actually tells us about ourself.
It tells us what is our passion, how to find out our interest. And what are the skills that we possess and how to polish them and what the other skills that we required for progress in life. It also tells us about our strengths and how can we interrelate strength with our passion. It actually describes in the best way about our needs and why we should focus on our needs than our passion.
How will I plan to apply this lesson beyond Amal fellowship?
I have found my own passion and interest through this course and I also know about my skills and strengths and most important why needs are important and I am focusing on my needs now and then I will focus on my passion.
And I want to spread this knowledge about knowing yourself so that everyone gets an opportunity from this and able to know about passion and needs.
